Coach or Stationer?
You might be wondering why a coach is dipping into producing stationery. Isn’t coaching about 1:1 work to help people achieve their goals? Well, yes. And that’s exactly where this story begins. Let me take you behind the scenes of how the Rise High stationery range came to life – and why it’s not just paper and pencils, but tools for empowerment, celebration, and growth.
Designed to Lift You Up
In my many years of coaching, a particular theme frequently strikes me – people often don’t see just how brilliant they are. Whether the reason for that is confidence related, simply being too busy to stop and reflect, or the habit of focusing on what’s not going well – there’s a tendency to overlook the good, and miss the moments that can lift us up.
That’s why I created Rise High. The name itself is a nod to the hot air balloon in my coaching brand logo, chosen as a symbol of rising above challenges and reaching new heights. It reflects my mission: to help people lead with purpose, live life with joy, and create a legacy with meaning.
It’s not just about putting pen to paper; it’s about infusing daily life with positivity, joy, and self-belief. The range is designed to help you feel great, smile more often, and realise just how incredible you already are. It’s a gentle reminder to celebrate your wins, acknowledge your brilliance, and share that joy with others.
Whether it’s a playful pencil that makes you laugh or a notepad that encourages you to reflect on your proudest moments, every item in the Rise High range is crafted with one goal: to help you rise above the noise and reconnect with what makes you shine.
The Purpose Behind Rise High
I didn’t want this to be just another stationery range. Every piece was designed with intention:
- To encourage reflection and celebration– because we’re all too good at criticising ourselves but often forget to acknowledge our wins.
- To boost confidence– by offering simple tools that help shift focus and energy in a positive direction.
- To inject light-hearted fun– because personal growth doesn’t always have to feel heavy or serious.
Ultimately, Rise High isn’t just about pretty stationery. It’s about creating small, meaningful moments of joy and clarity in your day.
