While a coaching programme of several months is still the most common approach, I offer a range of options to suit your needs, from one-off ‘deep dive’ sessions providing intense bursts of clarity and support, through to long-term collaborations which can last 12-months or more.
Coaching can be tailored to suit your needs, and the needs of your organisation. Together, we’ll design a bespoke approach that’s right for you, and can be adjusted if your requirements change over time.
My coaching services can also be provided on a per person, retainer, or rate card basis, whatever works best for you.

When coaching in organisations, it’s not only about the needs of the individual being coached, it’s also about the environment they work in and the broader objectives of the team. My coaching style is pragmatic, highly organised, and grounded in a realistic understanding of the pace and pressure of the organisation. Clients find that I offer both high support and a high level of challenge – because creating real growth and lasting change requires nothing less.
I’m also very responsive and adaptable to the needs of my clients, helping them achieve their ideal outcomes in a realistic and grounded way. And because I’m a qualified nutritional therapist, I also take a whole-person approach to my coaching, with the knowledge that a person’s physical, mental, and emotional health is an essential ingredient to long-term success.

1-2-1 Coaching1-2-1 coaching helps individuals achieve both business and personal goals, overcome challenges, clarify their direction, improve their wellbeing, and so much more. Sessions are typically spaced over a number of months, but we can also take a deep-dive into any pressing issues with an intense half-day session for those looking for an immediate breakthrough. 1-2-1 coaching is usually provided via video conference, so location isn’t a barrier. If we’re close by, however, in-person coaching is also an option. A combination of the two approaches might be best - it’s your call.

Group CoachingGroup Coaching is a powerful and cost effective tool that brings together people with a common objective or challenge. Working with small groups, my group coaching sessions simultaneously tackle both individual and team goals, with the additional benefit of deepening working relationships. The skills gained through group coaching can be transferred to many different areas of working and home life, and the coaching culture developed within the group continues in the everyday business environment, long after I’ve waved goodbye.
