Coaching FAQs
Once we’ve had our initial enquiry call, it’s typical to get started within 1-2 months. As you can imagine, there are several factors at play here, so you can expect us to talk about this in your enquiry call. One of the key factors in assessing whether we’re a good fit for working together is clarifying your timescales alongside my availability. We’ll work it through.
In short, the results have to come from you. I can guarantee a client experience in terms of the sessions we have, the support you’ll receive, and that I’ll be by your side during the process. The results from achieving your objectives will come down to how engaged you are in the process, and what you change and implement as a result of that.
Each client will have different objectives they’re looking to achieve and a different timeframe in mind, which means they will all require different levels and types of support from me. With this in mind, my pricing is developed bespoke to your needs. Once we determine which service is right for you, I’ll send you an outline including the fee. But if you already have a strong idea of the service you’d like and the objectives you have, send an email to coach@deborahbulcock.com for a ‘starting from’ figure.
It’s a free, no-obligation call to discuss your objectives in which we find out more about each other, and ultimately, decide whether we’re a good fit for working together. You can book an enquiry call here.
That’s what an enquiry call is for – it allows us to figure out if we’re compatible once you’ve decided you’re interested in working together. It’s a two-way process where both of us need to ensure we’re a good fit.
If you’re not quite ready to book a call yet and would like to know if we’d be a good fit, you can find out more about me here or follow me on LinkedIn instead.
This depends on the type of support you need (which we’ll discuss on our initial call). If we determine that you want an additional level of support, we’ll also discuss the way that you want to receive this support in terms of communication, and I’ll price it accordingly. This will lay the foundation for how we’ll work together.
If you’re ready to work with me and think we might be a good fit, the first step is to book a call. Then, I’ll recommend an approach for you and the fee associated with that service. Once this is confirmed, we’ll get through all of the formalities so that we can book in your first session.
Strengths for Teams FAQs
Technically the Strengthscope Team report can work for up to 30 people. In practice, I see it working best for teams between 10-16, although I have worked with a team of 6 too. Don’t be constrained by this – talk to me about your thoughts and objectives and we’ll create something that works.
I became a Master Strengthscope Practitioner back in 2020 and have been providing individual and team support using their reports since then. It’s a grand title, but simply means that I have all the right credentials to use all of the Strengthscope reports available.
I find that the best approach is to run most of the service virtually, with an in-person team event at a chosen point to tie it all together. As with all of my services, we’ll make it bespoke to your needs, so the best way to determine which approach is best is for us to have a call first.
As this service is bespoke, there are a number of factors to consider when it comes to fees, such as the type and duration of support and the number of people involved. Send an email enquiry to receive a ballpark figure, or book a call so that we can discuss the best approach for you, and you’ll receive a quote quickly after.
Strengthscope is grounded in positive psychology and focuses primarily on the strengths and qualities we have which we also find energising. The underpinning principle is that the more we can make use of our energising strengths, the greater our performance, motivation, resilience and engagement. It’s a simple online questionnaire that each person completes, after which the individual profile is received. It highlights strengths and how to make the most of them, along with potential risks to performance. When running a team report, each person will also be asked some basic team-related questions, with the entire process grounded in the positive and based on strengths. This, along with everyone’s individual profiles, is then what makes up the team profile. In 1:1’s, each person has the opportunity to review and interpret their own profile, and through group work, we do the same with the team profile. The reports are easy to understand, written in plain English, making it easy to pick up at any point in the future and refresh understanding. If you want to see a sample report for either an individual or team profile, email me.
Consulting & Advisory Support FAQs
Great question, and the answer depends wholly on your objectives, requirements and objectives. It’s why I always recommend we have an enquiry call to determine the right approach for you.
In short, yes, and it’s something I do frequently. But as with anything, the devil is in the details. If we’re laser focused, you’re able to articulate well the situation and what you need, it’s within my field of expertise, and we give ourselves sufficient time – absolutely we can cut to the chase and help you make some decisions.
It really depends on the requirement for the assignment and the value-add I can bring. Tell me more via email or on an enquiry call and I can give you an estimate.

In my experience, many senior leaders often need support with their team as well, which is why I partner with them with the objective of improving performance and providing a good level of support and engagement within their team. If implementing team support into a service is something you require, we can discuss this on an enquiry call to get the full scope of your needs clarified.
