Ranging from 3 to 12+ months, my coaching and mentoring programmes are designed around your objectives. Common topics can range from long-term leadership support to career development and progression, but there is significant variety in what we can work on together.

Coaching & Mentoring Intensives
Ranging from 2 to 8 weeks, my coaching and mentoring intensives are designed for when you have a short-term, often urgent, laser-focused topic to work through, such as a job change, planning a restructure, or specific issues requiring resolution.
These intensives include increased session frequency and duration allowing deep dives into our area of focus, enabling you to make decisions and take action faster. It’s a powerful partnership where you’ll need to go ‘all-in’ for a period, and I’ll be by your side to help.

Strengths Psychometric Profiles
Using Strengthscope I help clients optimise their strengths in a way that enhances their performance, engagement, and resilience. It’s a powerful tool for building confidence, considering job change, and preparing for interviews.

Once we’ve had our initial enquiry call, it’s typical to get started within 1-2 months. As you can imagine, there are several factors at play here, so you can expect us to talk about this in your enquiry call. One of the key factors in assessing whether we’re a good fit for working together is clarifying your timescales alongside my availability. We’ll work it through.
In short, the results have to come from you. I can guarantee a client experience in terms of the sessions we have, the support you’ll receive, and that I’ll be by your side during the process. The results from achieving your objectives will come down to how engaged you are in the process, and what you change and implement as a result of that.
Each client will have different objectives they’re looking to achieve and a different timeframe in mind, which means they will all require different levels and types of support from me. With this in mind, my pricing is developed bespoke to your needs. Once we determine which service is right for you, I’ll send you an outline including the fee.
